We haven't tried baking this recipe in the glazed long covered baker ourselves, Margery, but we don't see why it wouldn't work out! You're right that you'll need to make a 1.5 times batch. We'd recommend baking the loaf at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes, removing the lid after about 25 minutes of baking. Happy baking!
