Note to Annabelle Nicholson.
We may not have that fabulous King Arthur flour here in Canada but please don’t let that deter you from making this beautiful bread. I use with great success , two cups of Robin Hood bread flour plus one and a half cups of Five Roses whole wheat flour.
It is divine and thank you King Arthur Flour for providing these wonderful recipes.
The burger buns are a ten plus!
