Hi there! Both are whole wheat flours, so no worries about swapping them one for the other. White whole wheat is made from white wheat berries instead of red ones, which makes your bread a bit lighter in color and milder in flavor. Using regular whole wheat will mean your bread has a stronger, more traditional "wheaty" flavor, as well as a darker color. But either way, it will be delicious!
