Hi Frank, if you're looking to leave out the Baker's Special Dry Milk, you can replace the water in the recipe with fresh milk. Omit the dry milk and be sure to warm up the fresh milk just slightly so that it's lukewarm to the touch. The loaf may rise slightly less than it otherwise would, but it'll still be delicious!
