Hello Thank you for a wonderful whole wheat bread. I made this recipe for the first time and used molasses. It was a wonderful loaf. I would like to decrease the amount of molasses to lower the "sugar" amount. I would also like to lower the salt. Suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you PS My bread recipes are working out much better using weight rather than volume for the flour.
