Hi, Need you advise..Tried baking this bread for the first time.I knead by hand.The first rise was good.But after the shaping and put into the tin for second rise.It seem that the dough don't rise well to the top.It still in the middle of the tin after extending to 4 hours!Please advise what have gone wrong. Thank you
