There are a few reasons why the crust will separate: Your dough may have dried out and formed a crust while rising. Was it sunken under that thin crust? The dough may have been slightly overrisen. Did it have any other deformities or odd protrusions? it could have been poorly shaped. You can give our Hotline a call at 1-855-371-2253, and we'll help you fix those problems. Happy baking!
