I made a loaf using all wheat flour ---got the right consistency and taste but couldn't get my beautiful looking loaf of bread out of the pan....I know wheat loaves tend to stick more and I know I should use more grease on the pan --- but how much is too much....I used about 2 tablespoons of olive oil....would I be better off some kind of cooking spray? Thanks!
