Hi! I have been trying to master a really great, light whole wheat bread for some time. This recipe looks wonderful but I was wondering is there a way to still get a flavorful, light whole wheat bread without using milk? We have a dairy allergy in the family so I've been using water, but I'm wondering if this is to blame at all for the bread being a bit denser.. Thanks!
