So if I wanted to do 2 loaves, should I make 2 batches or can I double this recipe? If I double, do I double everything including the yeast? I know that when doubling a recipe you do not always have to double the yeast, so how much should I use? (I want to make two loaves because the family will devour this in a couple of days and I like to have the bread on hand all week. Thanks!!
