I have made this several times and it is always perfect. I use KAF Whole Grain Bread Improver, a miracle ingredient in my view, as the package directs. I use olive oil, honey, and the OJ option. I sometimes use all white whole wheat flour and sometimes use 1.5 cups of spelt for an equal part of the www. All delicious. Because of the bread improver, I am able to use a 9x5 pan. It isn't huge, but is a good size for sandwiches. Lovely.
