I was wondering about your thoughts on using The Baking Steel for home pizza bsking. I have two ovens, three large pizza stones, five kids (plus friends)...every one is hungry at the same time on Fridays! Once in a while we break a stone and have to purchase another. And, your partially baked and saved crusts is truely brilliant-less waiting. Oh and my first 5 jars of pizza flavor arrived yesterday, in the bread machine now.
For that cheese commenter, I was wondering if a dairy based, lactose-free mozzarella existed.
