PJ, thanks so much for the pizza mix/flour explanation. You guys spoil your customers – and I am grateful for it! So the KAF ‘classic pizza crust mix’ is more than a box of pizza flour with a packet of yeast. I like this mix a lot – it gives a golden, crunchy crust with a lot of favor, and super easy. But the curiosity in me will want to try the pizza flour next time. No, I am not looking for that ‘best’ crust – I’ve rarely met a pizza I don’t like. Just curious. But whatever kind of pizza there is in front of me I’ll be taking smaller slices, for I have resolved to lose ten pounds this year! (When one fails, one tries again…) Thanks again for being such a great resource for home-bakers. Already I am counting the days when your April Fool 2014 comes out! Happy New Year everyone! May all your New Year wishes come true!
