Great minds think alike! I make my crusts a little larger - about 12", and bought a cake-sized plastic storage container in which to store them in the freezer. Because they're bigger, they tend to break when shuffled around while frozen. The great news is that it makes a great quick dinner for my family - almost as quick as frozen pizza, but SOOOOOO much better!
And speaking of which, many weeks ago on Facebook, a KAF employee asked what baking tool we'd love to have in our kitchens. I know that a home dough sheeter was mentioned repeatedly. Are there any plans in the works to create and sell one? I'd be one of the first to buy!
