Wendy, Cabot is in my fridge 100% of the time - I love all your cheddars, from mild to "Seriously" to cloth-bound, as well as your other cheeses and flavored cheddars, plus the fact you offer low-fat cheeses for those times when I'm counting calories. Add your butter and yogurt and sour cream, and it's win-win-WIN! Enjoy your crusts - and your New Year celebration. Cheers - PJH
