I love this post for so many reasons. With my Cabot hat on, I am giddy that you include some Cabot cheese as topping options. Go habanero!! With my baker and mom and friend and entertainer hats on, I am overjoyed by the prospect of making my crust ahead! I never, ever thought of it. And your recipe looks just perfect. Of course, your recipes most always are. But anyway, we were just talking about DIY pizzas for New Years and this makes me so very happy. I'm going to start on these as soon as I finish my coffee.
