I always freeze bacon after oven baking....let cool comp!Steph while draining. I later if on paper towels in an air tight container. When desired I heat it up in the microwave...not on high....it's perfect. Sometimes I cook the oven bacon a little under crisp.....then heat it on high in microwave about 30 seconds to 1 minute.....also perfect. I love having cooked bacon always ready!
