Hi there, Terry! We haven't tried freezing the bacon ourselves, but it seems that lots of other bakers do it with great success! To reheat the bacon, you can either put it in a sauté pan over low heat until it's warm through or you can put it in the oven to re-warm if you'd like. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
