A couple of weeks ago, I made up the butter bread rolls from the November 2011 Baking Sheet, and I made a filling of a little butter, shallots, white wine, and tarragon. The aroma was amazing. I can't wait to see how they came out. Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!
