summer temps in the high 80s, in to 90s, and very humid, for days and days must affect the life of flours and make the sell by date inaccurate UNLESS kept in the freezer??? Or at least frig? Will your paper bags in which flours are now sold suffice as warm summers turn hotter, or maybe you will have to change to bags lined with foil or similar? Seems likely. Other foods as well as dog food already come, often, in lined bags.
