I used the recipe from the previous post. Used butter and shortening and rolled it out between 2 layers of parchment. It was the easiest roll out I have ever done and I will continue to use it if it tastes as good as I hope it does. They are in the freezer now I have tried the vodka addition and didn't like the flavor, believe it or not.. I have had difficulty rolling out all butter crust but it sure did taste good.
