Gee, I haven't heard of this particular problem; if you use the Pet crust, is it thawed before you add the filling? If not, that might be one thing to try. As for refrigerated crusts acting this way – I'm just not familiar enough with purchased pie crusts or their ingredients to understand why they might do this. Readers, any ideas for JJ? PJH
