Yes, you can certainly make this pie with that pie crust recipe, Kristi! Just blind bake the crust as recommended in the recipe. All-butter crusts tend to distort a bit more when baked, so I find if I exaggerate the rim design a bit, and make sure that it is set very stably on the edge of the pan, this helps achieve a nicer looking crust.
