This is a beautiful pie. I made it today and everything went well, except for the crust. It was harder than rock and I couldn't find a two inch deep pan, which is why I made it in a tart pan instead. The filling was great, although I'm still feeling discouraged by the crust accident😢😢😢 Thank you for the great recipe.
