Wavelene, you're right on track! To make this pie gluten-free, you can use our recipe for a Gluten-Free Pie Crust and then prepare the filling that is listed here, as it is already gluten-free. Just be sure to check the labels of the ingredients you are using if you are sensitive to trace amounts of gluten; look for a gluten-free certification in this cake. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
