I made the basic refrigerator cookie recipe more than a few days ago (KA 200th Anniversary edition page 328 says the dough "will keep for a few days in the refrigerator") . With every intention of making my Christmas cookies much sooner, I made the recipe 3 weeks ago.(in case you're wondering, no my shopping isn't done yet either. I only have three children, how long could that take?!)
I don't see any mold or obvious signs that my good cookie dough has gone bad! What say ye King Arthur? Use or toss?!
