I have now made this recipe several times. It is wonderful. So far I've not had one failure. I double the recipe. Then freeze the extra loaf for later. This works well. I love your recipes. The are thorough and easy to follow. When we were kids, my sister and I enjoyed salt-rising bread made by VanDeCamp bakery. I haven't seen SRB in many years. I was so happy to find your recipe.
