Can you tell me of a location near my home (Bluefield, West Virginia) that I can purchase King Arthur's flour and corn meal. Seems like none of the stored here carry it. We have a Walmart, Food City, Grants and a Kroger, however the Kroger store is about 25 miles from Bluefield, WV. Do you also have a recipe for using cut-up potatoes to make the starter? I would like to try both recipes. How can I get the strong smell which makes the bread so much tastier. Any information you can supply would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I did find a bakery in a town that takes around 2 hours to get there. They will mail it and I did order two loaves - at a cost of $8.50 per loaf plus about $15.00 shipping. I just can't afford that very often. Would you be able to e-mail me your reply as it is hard for me to find the same web site twice. Thank you so much.
