My 1st try was a success. The second try didn't have the same smell. Everything rose as should but the smell was definately different - more of a rotten egg smell which carried over to the bread/toast. I didn't do anything different that I'm aware of. I know the smell of salt rising, as I said, my 1st was a true SRB smell. Do you have any idea why the 2nd was so "off" ?
