I love your parchment paper. Never thought to use it for bacon.

I make rustic rolls from ATK and my rolls sometimes stick to my round pans for the first bake even though I grease the pans. Can I use the parchment in the pan even though the first bake is 10 minutes at 500°? The rolls cover the entire bottom of the cake pan
