Hello KAB gurus and ALL the dedicated bakers who ask questions & post hints. It's really great ! I came across this long running parchment series and found so many good ideas . One thing seems to resurface a lot: bakers wish for more precut sizes of KAB's high quality parchment. We fold the 1/2 pan sheets, of course but they are just "off" for a true quarter pan size.
Jellyroll pans are used so much that I am surprised KAB hasn't done a precut jellyroll pan size. So as wonderful as KAB is - there does not seem to be much if any interest in sourcing additional items for such a good product line. Bring on the jellyroll sheets, the 1/4 pan sheets - and wow, maybe those cute little 1/8 pan size. But seriously, you'd have me at JELLYROLL.
