I love baking and cooking with parchment and have used several brands from the supermarket, Costco, gifts, and King Arthur.
KA is the highest quality of my experiences and withstands cleaning and reuse (I’m old-school conservative - sorry).
While it takes a while to cut parchment to fit my bread loaf pans, it’s well worth it. And reusable many times.

KA half-sheets are quite handy.
