Hi, Marysue! There's no need to clean it, aside from dusting off any crumbs from your previous bake. Any residual oil shouldn't have any impact on whatever you bake next. The main exception to this would be if you were baking something particularly pungent, or with a strongly scented oil. In this case, you wouldn't want to reuse the parchment on something with a very different flavor. Getting a faint taste of garlic and onions on the bottom of your blueberry scones, for example, would be less than ideal. Happy baking!
