forewarned is forearmed!! not all parchment paper is created equal. reynolds is only rated to 420 degrees - at 450 under a sourdough baguette it charred and filled the oven with smoke - Scary indeed, and definitely not reusable!! I see that at least one King Arthur parchment option is good to 450 degrees, but beware y'all and read the fine print!! Mitch/Arkansas
