Jill November 25, 2013 at 3:15pm I have a family fruitcake recipe that tells you to grease the pans (loaf pans), line with brown paper, and grease again. The fruitcake bakes at 200 degrees for a couple of hours. Do you think I could use parchment in place of the brown paper? Reply
