To cook flat crisp bacon: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, cut to size so it lays flat in the pan. Lay bacon on the pan, its OK if it overlaps. Put into a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, give or take. Blot bacon on paper towels. I cook a pound at a time. Works great.
