It is not only for baking...... I use mine all year - especially when picking our raspberries from our yard. We put them on parchment (on a cookie sheet) and freeze them. Then, once frozen we can transfer them to plastic freezer bags and they are individually frozen. I also use them for baking -and love the results. This is a must have for my kitchen.
