I actually made these a few weeks ago, when the link appeared in your post about the Baking Sheet, because they looked so good. They were fantastic! I used homemade cinnamon ice cream. Because I didn't have boiled cider, I reduced cider to a thick syrup. I then mixed some of the cider syrup into the caramel sauce to make apple cider caramel sauce. Give it a try if you get the chance...it tastes like fall! Thank you so much for this lovely recipe and all your wonderful posts.
