Are you able to pour the caramel sauce directly into the mason jar or is it hot enough to crack the jar?
You have a couple choices here - either heat the jar as you would to sterilize it for canning or wait for the caramel sauce to cool slightly before pouring into the jars for final cooling and storage. Happy Baking, er, caramel sauce making! Irene@KAF
