I’ve made this bread weekly and it always turns out delicious. I never get a good second rise, and I think it might be because I’m adding extra flour because the dough is VERY sticky and doesn’t come together. Resting before first kneed helps but still sticky. The only thing I changed from the recipe is to drop the cinnamon. The finished bread isn’t dry at, so not sure what’s going on. Any ideas?
