I pulled my loaves from the oven a half hour ago and well - it’s a good thing there are two loaves because now I only have 1-1/2.
I followed the recipe precisely and it was perfect! I’m an intermediate loaf bread baker. To anyone struggling a bit with their loaves - look for the video about shaping a loaf of sandwich bread. This was the first time my loaves looked the way they should! I had not been shaping mine properly. You’d think it wouldn’t make a big difference- but it does!
Don’t give up, y’all. Even mistakes taste good!!
