I have made this bread a couple of times and it was delicious! The only problem was with the rise. I have read a lot of the comments and came across an answer from you that using rapid rise instant yeast could be the problem. It is only good for one rise. I looked at the Fleishman's Instant Yeast package and that is the case. So, how do I get a decent second rise? Also, I get no additional rise in the oven. Is the SAF instant yeast different? Also, could I use active dry yeast and dissolve it in water first? Thanks!
