I simply cannot get this recipe to work. I've written in for support, read the comments, tried adjusting the sugar/water content. After the first knead in my machine, this dough looks like cake batter. No smooth, satiny ball. And if I dare continue on with the process and bake it, it's so dense and thick. Flavor is amazing, and that's why I have tried at least 4 times to nail it. It's making me a little crazy!
