Hello fellow bakers. I have a similar problem with this bread as someone commented above. I've made it several times and it never rises a full inch above the pan during the second proof. I've let it sit in a relatively warm place for well over an hour and a half and still doesn't really reach over the pan. I also get very little oven spring. I love the flavor, but it usually comes out a little dense. Any suggestions would be great.
