This is a tasty loaf. So I've made this recipe a few times and I am not quite getting a lot of height not significant oven spring in my bread. The texture inside is fine otherwise, sometimes it's slightly crummy. But overall the loaves are just kind of short. I used normal KA whole wheat flour, not the white whole wheat. Would that alone significantly affect the height of this loaf? Thanks
