I love this bread! However, I flip the quantities of the white and WW flour. Also, you have another oat bread that called for milk powder. My daughter has dairy allergies, but I like the idea of the extra protein. So I also sub dairy free butter (I am using Mykinos today, an oat milk based substitute) for the butter, and 1/2 cup of the flour with garbanzo bean flour. It has been a hit! Thank you.
