Wow, I am so disappointed in my first try at this bread. What happened??? I followed directions to the TEE but it did not rise. Well, it rose the first rise but did not look light and airy as your photos. I mixed it 3 minutes with dough beaters and 3 minutes kneading. Yeast is good till 2022 ( will Covid be gone?) I hate to give up, would like to try it again sometime. Can you over knead it?
