I have been making breads for a few years now - I even broke my KA making some - and this is my favorite bread I have made to date for toast - the texture and crumb is perfect for toasting - light and airy. The hint of cinnamon perfumes the house when you bake it and every time you toast it. Next time I am going to try adding more cinnamon and 1/2 cup of raisins. Thank you for sharing this awesome easy recipe. I live in Canada and have never seen KAF on the shelves at my grocery store - is it available in Canada?
