I’ve already commented in the recipe review section for this wonderful bread. It is a family favorite. It’s our “go to” bread. I asked how I could make this bread in a 9x5 bread pan. We really love that size loaf. The reply was to increase all ingredients by 15%. My next question is...will that be enough for two 9x5 loaves? Thanks you for supporting my baking “kneads” !
