Hi Bill and Linda! We don't have directions specific to a Zojirushi bread machine for this recipe, but you can use one to knead. Ideally, you want to replicate the by-hand instructions as closely as possible. This will mean pre-combining the boiling water, oats, maple or brown sugar, honey, butter, salt, and cinnamon and allowing the mixture to cool to lukewarm before adding all ingredients to the machine. You would then want to mix, knead and rise for about 1 hr (or until the dough becomes quite puffy). If you prefer not to adjust the settings of your dough cycle, you can just pull the dough out as soon as it looks ready. Then shape and rise again as directed. If you'd like to also bake this recipe in your machine, follow the directions above but instead of just using the dough cycle, go with the whole wheat cycle. Hope this helps! Annabelle@KAF
